Thus far in 2018, Emerald has closed over $50,000,000 in commercial real estate transactions. These projects have ranged from land development, industrial warehousing, condo de-conversions, mutifamily apartment property acquisitions, and various other commercial real estate financings.
Emerald has experience in all asset classes, but is currently assigning special focus to apartment/multi family projects (acquisition, refi, and new construction), industrial warehouse and distribution facilities, condominium de-conversion projects, hotels (existing and new construction), opportunistic or distressed opportunities, and hard money loans of all types. Other funding requests will also be considered, including student housing, office, and medical office opportunities in select markets. With that said, there are few geographic limitations as to where Emerald can assist with getting a deal financed.
